Let's walk through Cammo estate to the West of Edinburgh City and see which edible species of plants and fungi we can find in woods and fields and hedgerows in Scotland in December.. We will in particular focus our wonderrful, forgotten native spices to add a wild twist to your holiday baking and drinking.

This three-hour walk will include samples of foraged flavours in foods and drinks.

Come for a Winter walk on Corstorphine Hill to see which edible plants and mushrooms grow in Edinburgh this time of year.  We'll discuss edible and similar toxic species on a leisurely three hour walk, harvesting a few of the edibles along the way and tasting many of our species in a series of delicious and exiting food and drink samples.
