Coasts and hills, meadows and woodlands invite us to spend time outside enjoying the sunny, fragrant, fresh wild foods of the season.

Join me on walks, courses, and wild food events celebrating the rising of sap in the trees, the return of the first green shoots and tasty early spring fungi.

This is the time of nature's mad abundance: come with me to gather to eat and preserve fungi and fruit, nuts and seeds, leaves and flowers in our hills and woods and fields.

Learn about the lush wild greens and edible flowers carpeting the riversides in spring, about the typical spring fungi appearing in woods and meadows, and about the fabulous seaweeds on our coasts.
