Early spring is when many seaweeds are at their best. Bring scissors and we'll make use of the low tide to harvest delicious and healthy seaweeds. Afterwards, we'll look at some February coastal greens and fungi and sample some of those foraged flavours in a variety of wild foods and beverages

Meet the dozen tastiest seaweeds growing along our coasts and some of the best springtime edibles growing in coastal woodland, grassland, and beach, gather some edibles to take home, and finish with a fire and a picnic featuring these wild flavours.
