Midsummer 2023 Courses and Events

Midsummer Seaweed, Fire and Coast 5:00pm
Come along to Yellowcraig Beach and enjoy a midsummer coastal forage. Bring scissors and we'll make use of the low tide to harvest delicious and healthy seaweeds. Afterwards, we'll look at midsummer's coastal greens and fungi, collect some wild herbs and gather around a fire, weather permitting, and sample some of those foraged flavours in a wild food picnic.
